The timeline varies from project to project. We will provide you with a realistic timeline during our estimates and keep you updated throughout the project.
What is the process for a renovation project?
Our process typically starts off with an initial consultation to discuss the customer’s vision as well as their timeline and budget. After the initial consultation, we meet with our customers to pull measurements, discuss materials needed and estimate the renovation. Once the estimate is ready, it is sent over to the customer to review. The customer decides their timeline and reaches out when they are ready to begin the project. Once the customer gives us their approval, we begin work, ensuring there is clear communication and a clean work site through out the process. Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walk through to ensure the customer’s satisfaction.
Are you licensed or insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect both our team and our customers. We’ll be happy to provide proof of our credentials upon request.
Do I need to be present during the renovation?
While it’s not necessary to be on-site at all times, we’ll need to schedule regular check-ins and walk-throughs to get your feedback and make sure the project is progressing as you envisioned.
How do you handle unexpected issues or changes?
Renovations can sometimes have unforeseen challenges. We pride ourselves on transparent communication and will immediately notify you of any issues that arise. We’ll present solutions and discuss potential impact on the timeline or budget before we proceed.
